Brover and Associates was started in 1947, by the late Leon Brover, David's father. David took over the practice in 1987 and built it into two dynamic growing offices. The firm prides itself on excellent, personalized and responsive service.

David graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1979. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Florida and Ohio. David also has a law degree from The Case Western Reserve University School of Law and is a licensed attorney in Ohio. Prior to joining Brover and Associates he gained invaluable experience working for international accounting firms and then went into private practice.
